Obituary of Julian Wilmot Guardado

Our beloved Julian Wilmot Guardado, age 83, resident of Austin, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Julian W. and Adela Guardado; his sons, Marcelo and George Soto, and his brother, Antonio W. Guardado.

Julian is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Josephine Guardado; his children, Pastor Tiburcio (Gloria) Soto, Ann (Rafael) Murillo, JoAnn Soto, and Cindy Soto; his grandsons, Gregory Soto, Butch Soto, Jason Vargas, Patrick Soto, Christopher Quiroz, Benny Palacios, Roland Palacios, Craig Soto, George Soto, and Jeffrey Palacios; granddaughters, Juanita Vargas, Adela Soto and Jennifer Moody Flores; his great-granddaughters, Tatiana, Pryncess Priscilla, Jasmine, and Patricia; his great grandsons, Matthew, Johnathan, Nicholas, Ezequiel, Jayden, Christian, Nathaniel, Christopher, and Noah; his sister, Mary Dolores; nieces, nephews, other loving family, and friends.

The family would like to offer a special thank you to Martin Mendoza for being such a good friend to him.

A Memorial Service will begin at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 19, 2017 at New Life Word Christian Center, 2103 Haskell St., Austin, Texas 78702.  There will be a Private Family Viewing on Saturday, June 17, from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
