Our Beloved Mario Martinez, age 65, of Lockhart, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, August 6, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Abel Israel Martinez and Maria del Carmen Landeros.

He is survived by his loving wife, Paula Reynoso Gonzalez; his beloved children, Rodney Guerra, and wife Lila Haham, Mario Martinez, Jr., and wife, Nikki, Fernando Martinez, Jorge Muñoz, and wife, Martha, Alberto Muñoz, and wife, Guadalupe, Jose Muñoz, Enrique Muñoz, and Lucio Muñoz, and wife, Rosalinda Carbajal; his precious  grandchildren, Somaya Jimenez Haham, Kalina Guerra Haham, Cheyenne Martinez, Christian Martinez, Katrina Martinez, Brayden Martinez, Mateo Martinez, Javier Muñoz, Miguel Muñoz, Paola Muñoz, Jordan Muñoz, Brandon Muñoz, Lorenya Muñoz, Mia Muñoz, Itzel Muñoz, and Ashley Muñoz; his treasured great-grandchildren, Javier Muñoz, Andres Muñoz, Zoe Muñoz, and Jorge Alberto Muñoz; his brothers and sisters Cesar Martinez, and wife Aurora, Olga Bravo, and husband, Carlos, Yolanda Castillo, and husband Jose, Jaime Martinez, and wife, Delia, Leticia Pastrano, and husband, Bernabe, and Argelia Benitez, and husband, Richard; numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 12:00 p.m. and Funeral Liturgy to begin at 1:00p.m., on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas. Services will conclude at 2:00 p.m.
