Obituary of Alejandra Ruiz Rodriguez

Our beloved Alejandra Ruiz Rodriguez, age 86, was called to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, October 26, 2017 surrounded by the love of her family.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 31 years, Secundino Rodriguez, Sr.; her children, Infant Maria Blanca Rodriguez and Linda Diana Guerrero; her parents, Albino and Rita Ruiz; and her brother, Lauriano Ruiz.

Alejandra is survived by her loving children Secundino (Carmen) Rodriguez, Jr., Jorge Luis (Elena) Rodriguez, Hector (Elena) Rodriguez, Sr., Jaime (Velia) Rodriguez, Sr., Mario (Emma) Rodriguez, Esmeralda (Paul) Ruiz, Javier (Alesia) Rodriguez, Sr., Maria Blanca (Nat) Mendez, Alejandra Rodriguez, Perla (Jeff) Compton, Diamantina (Richard) Mendoza, Alejandrina (Michael) Valdez, Gloria Anita (Jesse) Barba, and Lydia (Wesley) Livingston; her brother, Raul Ruiz, Sr.; son-in-law, Adam Guerrero, 56 grandchildren, 122 great grandchildren, and 29 great-great grandchildren, and her nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Honored Pallbearers will be her sons, Secundino, Jr., Jorge Luis, Hector, Jaime, Mario, and Javier Rodriguez.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 31, 2017 with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m., Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 1, 2017, San Francisco Javier Catholic Church, 9110 U.S. Hwy, 183, Austin, Texas.  Interment will follow at Guadalupe Cemetery, Mustang Ridge, Texas.
