Obituary of Mary C. Ybarra

Our beloved Mary C. Ybarra, age 86, resident of Austin, Texas, was called to our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, December 27, 2017.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Marcos and Marcelina Cruz, her brother, Fortunato Cruz, and her sister, Elena Contreras.

She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Robert Ybarra; her children, Diane (Larry) Wessels, Robert Rene (Martha) Ybarra, Yolanda (Gary) Ybarra-Bass, and Charles Felix Ybarra; grandchildren, Marlena (Miles) Gauthier, Thomas Wessels, Daniel Wessels, Gloria Wessels, Carlos Rene Ybarra, MariaIsabel C. Ybarra, Robert Rene Ybarra, Jr., Kristin (Daniel) Doyle, and Gary (Tammy) Bass; her siblings, Florentino Cruz and Hipolita Saucedo; four great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Monday, January 1, 2018 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.  A Scripture Service will begin at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side.  Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
