Our beloved Brandin Lee Callente, age 38, resident of Austin, was born into Eternal Life on Tuesday, March 16, 2021. He is survived by his fiancee, Erin Salazar; his children, Brandin Callente, Jr., Brittney Reyann Rangel, Isaac Salazar, Israel Salazar, and Emily Salazar; his grandchildren, Nickolas Lopez, A.J. Sarimento, Nathaniel Lopez; his parents, Jose Martin Cayente Ferrer and Linda Herrera; his brother, John Callente; his sisters, Cristal Callente, Evelyn Callente, Ariel Carrizales, Jomira Gonzales, Evelyn Rubio, Vanessa Tavera; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 22, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m., followed by a Funeral Liturgy at 7:30 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 South First Street, Austin, Texas. Services will be live-streamed to allow those unable to attend to participate. Due to the Coronavirus / COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin, capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries. Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more. Mission Funeral Home - South Side capacity is limited to 120. If you are ill or are concerned about the virus, it is recommended that you not attend services.
