Pedro Hernandez Obituary (1960 - 2008)

Our beloved Pedro ?Pete? Mendoza Hernandez born January 13, 1960 in Guanajuato, Mexico passed away Sunday May 11th , 2008, in Austin, Texas. Pedro is survived by his Wife of 21 years; Alicia Hernandez, Daughters; Laura Elizabeth Vasquez, Veronica Hernandez and Blanca Estella Monroy, Brothers; Alberto and Jesus Hernandez Mendoza, Sisters; Estella Monroy, Verna and Salud Hernandez. Preceded in death by his Parents; Cruz Hernandez and Marcelina Mendoza, Brothers; Margarito and Mauro Hernandez Mendoza. He will be missed by many Nephews, Nieces, Cousins and Friends. Recitation of Holy Rosary will be on Wednesday at 7:00pm at Mission Funeral Home-Remembrance Chapel. Mass of Christian burial services will be Thursday at 10:00am Cristo Rey Catholic Church, Rev. Fr. Jaime Matias officiating. Internment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. The family wishes to extend special thanks to all the wonderful and caring 4th floor staff at St. David?s and to the staff at Hospice Austin?s Christopher House for their kindness and care he received during his brief stay.
