Obituary of Benjamin Santiago Avelar Turcios

Nuestro amado Benjamín Santiago Avelar Turcios, de 23 años, residente en Bastrop fue llamado por nuestro Padre Celestial el lunes 9 de octubre de 2017. Fue precedido en la muerte por sus abuelos paternos, Francisca de Avelar y Antonio Avelar; y su abuelo materno, César Sánchez.

A Benjamin le sobreviven sus padres, Ernesto Antonio Avelar Cruz y Marta Alicia Turcios de Avelar; su querida prometida, Rebeca Molina; sus hermanos Elmer, Jorge, Yesenia, César,Javier, Sergio y Andrés Avelar; su familia en los Estados Unidos; numerosas otras familiares y amigos en El Salvador.

La velación comenzará a las 12:00 p.m. el viernes 13 de octubre de 2017, con Recitación del Santo Rosario a partir de las 6:00 p.m. en la Iglesia Primera Asamblea de Dios, 609 Pecan St., Bastrop, Texas, 78602.

Benjamin regresará a El Salvador para ser puesto a descansar.

Our beloved Benjamin Santiago Avelar Turcios, age 23, resident of Bastrop was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday, October 9, 2017.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Francisca de Avelar and Antonio Avelar; and his maternal grandfather, Cesar Sanchez.

Benjamin is survived by his loving parents, Ernesto Antonio Avelar Cruz and Marta Alicia Turcios de Avelar; his beloved fiancée, Rebeca Molina; his siblings Elmer, Jorge, Yesenia, Cesar, Javier, Sergio, and Andres Avelar; his family throughout the United States; numerous other family and friends in El Salvador.

Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 13, 2017, with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m. at First Assembly of God Church, 609 Pecan St., Bastrop, Texas, 78602.

Benjamin will be returning home to El Salvador to be laid to rest.
