Obituary of Anastacio Yañez

Our beloved Anastacio "Tacho" Yañez, age 64, was called home by our Heavenly Father on Thursday, April 26, 2018.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Seferino Yañez and Domitila Covarrubias Yañez.

Anastacio is survived by his loving children, Jorge (Griselda) Yañez, Elia Yañez, Roseanna (Juan Hernandez) Yañez, Carlos (Gabriela Perez) Yañez; siblings Santos (Balente) Yañez, Fidel Yañez, Senorina Yañez; his grandchildren, Maria Gloria Yañez, Briana Yañez, Alexander Yañez, Jose Yañez, Juan Reyes, Luis Yañez, Enrique Hernandez, and Adan Hernandez; and numerous other loving relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side. Visitation will continue from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. Monday, April 30, 2018 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Dolores Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
