Our beloved Carmen M. Ruiz, age 79, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday October 29, 1999. Survivors include: Beloved Husband of 50 years; Bibiano Ruiz; sons, Baldemar Ruiz and Wife Theresa, Ruben Ruiz and Cecil Ruiz; daughters; Dora Ruiz, Blanca Luna and Elba Ruiz Rosa and Husband Samuel; daughters-in-law; Margarita Ruiz Rangel and Husband Ladislado, all of Austin. One brother Enrique Montoya, of Houston; sister Amelia Villegas, of Valle Hermoso Tamps. MX. 18 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons, Hector Ruiz, and Ovidio ?Speedy? Ruiz. The family wishes to acknowledge Dr. Allen Blair Smith & staff of the Austin Regional Cancer Center, and Hospice of Austin for the loving care received. Recitation of rosary Sunday, 7:00pm at the Mission Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, 2:00pm at Dolores Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Forest Oaks Memorial Park Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Hector Ruiz, Jaime Ruiz, Chris Andrada, B.J. Ruiz, Max Ruiz, and Ruben Ruiz Jr..
