Obituary of Rosalinda Pinedo Salinas

Our Beloved Rosalinda Pinedo Salinas, age 72, of Austin, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Monday July 2, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph Pinedo and Angelita Ortiz Pinedo and brothers Raul, Joseph, and Frank Pinedo.

She is survived by her loving husband of 53 ½ years Abel V. Salinas; beloved sons Abel P. (Cheryl) Salinas Jr. and Michael M. (Rene) Salinas; mother and step father Minerva Ortiz de Martinez and Jesus “Chuy” Martinez; siblings Lily Martinez, Bucky Garcia, Minerva Martinez, and Jose Jesus “Pepe Chuy” Martinez; grandchildren Michael D., Joshua, and Maya Salinas; and numerous other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Mission Funeral Home – South Side, 6204 South First Street;  Austin, Texas 78745. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday July 9, 2018 at St. Paul Catholic Church.
