Obituary of Julia Perez

Our beloved Julia Perez, age 72, of Austin, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Saturday, August 11, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents, Santiago Mindieta and Asuncion Reynero, and her step-mother, Isabel Mindieta. 

She is survived by her loving husband of nearly 50 years, Ernest Perez; her two sons, Guadalupe Mindieta and his wife Caren, and Adam Mindieta and his wife, Sandra; five precious grandchildren; her brother Ray Mindieta; her nieces, Sandra Mindieta, Teresa Mindieta, Norma Mindieta, and nephew, Ray Mindieta, Jr.; numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, Austin, Texas. Mass of Christian Burial will be held the following morning, Thursday, August 16, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at San Jose Catholic Church, 2435 Oak Crest, Austin, Texas. Interment to follow at Assumtion Cemetery.
