Our beloved Josephine Flores Luna, age 73, resident of Austin, Texas, was called to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, August 23, 2018.  She was preceded in death by her husband of nearly 50 years, Johnny Luna, Jr. who passed away in 2011; her infant son, Johnny Luna, Jr. III; her parents, Santiago Flores and Maria Tristan Flores, and her brother, Jimmy Flores.

Josephine is survived by her loving children, Gilbert, Elizabeth and her husband, Luis, Cristoval, and Beatrice and her husband, David; 12 grandchildren, Larissa, Angelo J. and his wife, Jessica, Monica A. and her husband, Joseph, Stephanie A., Julian L., Mia E., Cristoval, Jr., Desiree, Israel, Christopher, Jacob, and Abigail; seven great grandchildren, Alexia M., Angelo J., Jr., Gabriella M., Jayda, Joseph J., Jr., Josiah J., and Avery; her siblings, Armando, Maria and her husband, Tomas, and Connie; numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m., with a Prayer Service beginning at 6:00 p.m., Saturday, September 1, 2018, Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas.  Public services will conclude at the end of the evening.
