Obituary of Juanita Casarez

Our Beloved Juanita “Janie” Casarez, age 91, of Austin, Texas, was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 4, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Maximino and Maria Casarez.

She is survived by her sister, Mary Catherine Haros and husband, James; niece, Jessica Haros and partner, Chris Flores; nephew, James Haros, Jr.; great nieces and nephews, Mariah Flores, Jeremiah Flores, Gabriella Flores, Amethyst Haros, James Isaac Haros III, and Amani Rose Haros. She is also survived by numerous family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 9, 2018 at Mission Funeral Home – South located at 6204 South First Street, Austin, Texas 78745. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
