Obituary of Rosa Maria Alvarado Medrano

Our beloved Rosa Maria Alvarado Medrano, age 86, resident of Austin, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Friday, November 30, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her parents Rodolfo Alvarado and Apolonia Jimenez and all of her siblings.

She is survived by her loving husband of 65 years Juan Medrano; daughter Rosa Elia Perez and her husband Hector; son Victor Manuel Medrano; grandchildren: Rosalinda (Alejandrino) Mendez, Hector Manuel (Carrie Ann) Perez Jr., and Mercedes Marie Perez; greatgrandchildren Alex Mendez Jr., Eric Angel Mendez, Isabella Nicole Mendez, Timothy Ray Calderon, and Madison Jaylee Perez; and numerous other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m., on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Mission Funeral Home – East Side, 1615 East Cesar Chavez, Austin, Texas 78702. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
