Obituary of Juanita Moreno Peralez

Our Beloved Juanita Moreno Peralez, age 90, of Austin, Texas was called by our Heavenly Father on Sunday December 30, 2018. Her passing sadly marks the end of her generation.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 35 plus years Alfredo Peralez Sr.; her parents Crispin Moreno and Dolores Gonzales Moreno; sons Lupe Peralez, Alfredo Peralez Jr., and Jesse Peralez; twins Francisco and Guadalupe Peralez; granddaughter Jennifer Peralez; and siblings Dionicio Moreno, Monica Garcia, Estanislado Moreno, William Moreno, Anastacio Moreno, Manuela Guzman, Joe Moreno Sr., Virginia Pardo, and John Moreno Sr.

She is survived by her daughters Mary Jane (Juan) Torres, Josephine (Elias) Vasquez, and Yolanda (Lupe) Peralez-Hernandez; daughters-in-law Vera Peralez, Esperanza Briceño, and Cindy Martinez; 20 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and numerous other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Mission Funeral Home – East located at 1615 East Cesar Chavez; Austin, Texas 78702. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
