Obituary of Dominga Sedillo

Our beloved Dominga Sedillo, age 91, born in Cedar Creek, Texas and long-time resident of Austin, Texas was called to our Heavenly Father on Saturday, September 7, 2019.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Candelario Sedillo; her children, Alicia Sedillo, Tony Sedillo, Rudy Sedillo, and Alfred Sedillo; her son-in-law, Arturo Rendon; her grandchildren, Adriana Sedillo and Rolando Rendon; her parents, Pedro Lucio, Sr. and Florencia Rendon Lucio, and her siblings, Elias Lucio, Chris Lucio, Marcelino Lucio, Frank Lucio, Pete Lucio, Jr., Nestora Hernandez, and Esther Espinoza.

Dominga is survived by her loving children, Jesse Sedillo and his wife, Helga, Rebecca Hernandez, Lisa Rendon, Dolores Sedillo, Christina Armstrong and her husband, David, and Albert Sedillo; 21 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 11, 2019 with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas.

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, September 12, 2019, at Dolores Catholic Church, 1111 Montopolis Dr., Austin, Texas.  Interment will follow at Hornsby Bend Cemetery, Hwy 969 to Hornsby Bend Cemetery Dr., Austin, Texas.
