Obituary of Esther Ann Vasquez

Our beloved Esther Ann Vasquez, age 56, was called to our Heavenly Father on Saturday, September 14, 2019.  She was preceded in death by her father, Johnny J. Vasquez, Sr. and her infant son, Jonathan Ray Luna.

Esther is survived by her mother, Barbara O. Perez; her loving children, Joe Anthony Luna, Charles Adam Luna and his wife, Christina, Michael Christopher Luna and his wife, Leah, Angelica Maria Luna and her husband, Pablo Mendez, Patrick Noel Luna, and Nicholas Rene Luna and his wife, Emily; 17 grandchildren; her siblings, Johnny O. Vasquez, Jr. and his wife, Lupe, Barbara Sue Luna and her husband, Jesse, Joel O. Vasquez and his wife, Celia "Sally,", Christina Huerta and her husband, Manuel, and Michael Perez and his wife, Mirna Mendez.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m.,  on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas. A Scripture Service will be held the following morning, Wednesday, September 25, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., also at Mission Funeral Home - East Side. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
