Obituary of Guadalupe Medrano, Jr.

Our beloved Guadalupe Medrano, Jr, age 43, resident of Pflugerville, Texas, was born into Eternal Life on Tuesday, July 7, 2020. 

He is survived by his loving wife, Gina Medrano; his children, Norma Medrano, Fabian Medrano, Nikki Medrano, Julian Medrano, Deanna Medrano, and Guadalupe Medrano, III; his five precious grandchildren; his parents, Guadalupe Medrano, Sr. and Irene Castro; his siblings, Margaret Medrano, Jessica Medrano, Jose Medrano, Carmen Espita, Louis Espita, Alex Espita, and Miguel Espita; numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends. 

Visitation will be on Thursday, July 16, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home - East Side, 1615 East Cesar Chavez Street, Austin, Texas. 

Funeral Liturgy will take place the following morning, Friday, July 17, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., also at Mission Funeral Home - East Side. 

Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery. 

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

Visitation is limited in capacity.

The funeral home chapel has restricted occupancy to 50% of its maximum; about 60 persons. 

Please remember to exercise social distancing as often as possible for your safety and the safety of those around you. 

Each person entering the funeral home is required to have a mask

and practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.
