Obituary of Eric Adrian Huerta

Our beloved Eric Adrian Huerta, age 42, born on November 3, 1977 was called to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, August 13, 2020 in Austin, Texas.

Eric will always be remembered as a DIEHARD Dallas Cowboys fan! He loved all genres of music but was passionate with Tejano music who aspired to be a Tejano singer. He was extremely intelligent man who could problem solve any issue. Eric was always willing to help a friend in need and was known to always have the crowd laughing. He was never quiet and always spoke his mind ("Stop me when I liiieee")

He was preceded in death by grandparents Ester & Ned Ojeda and Simona & Frank Huerta; uncles, Ricky & Nettie Ojeda and Johnny Huerta.

He is survived by his children: (Eric) Julian Huerta & Frank Nanyes IV; wife, Jennifer Quintero who had been by his side for 16 years but has been lifetime friends since they met at the age of 5; his mother, Maryann Huerta; sister, Brandy Huerta; father, Frank Villegas Huerta; uncles, Tony V. Huerta and Eddie V. Huerta; and Freddie Ojeda; as well as numerous other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. with Recitation of the Holy Rosary and Eugolies to begin at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side.
