Obituary of Kathy Denise Clayton

Our beloved Kathy Denise Clayton, age 59, passed away on Sunday, November 29, 2020. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy Jones and Jurline Terry Jones.

Kathy is survived by her children, Demetria Clayton (Mike), and Farrah Renee Jackson; her grandchild, Trey Markael Burditt; her siblings, Sarah Frank (Ray), Lestelle Merida (Harvey), Samuel Jones, and Leroy Jones Jr., and many more loving family and friends. 

Visitation will be held Sunday, December 20, 2020, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home East, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas 78702. 

A Celebration of life will be held the following morning, Monday, December 21, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., at Mission Funeral Home East, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Texas 78702. Please follow link to Mission Funeral Home Facebook Page to view Livestream

Interment to follow at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville, Texas. 

Due to the Coronavirus /  COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

Each person entering the funeral home, church, and cemetery will be required to wear a mask

and to practice social distancing of 6 feet or more.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services.
