Obituary of Emily Marquez

Our beloved, Emily S. Marquez, was called to our Heavenly Father on Monday, August 23, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Marquez.

Emily is survived by her loving daughters, Sere Sandoval and her husband Jimmy Coronado, and Leila Castro; mother, Rosa Juarez Salinas; brothers, David Marquez, and Brion Marquez and his wife Yolanda Velasquez; grandchildren Eusebio Coronado, Genesis Martinez Sandoval, Adalina Coronado, and Cora Coranado; and many other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 a.m. with prayer services beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 30, 2021 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to

help protect our community.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services.

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
