Obituary of Maria Luisa Martinez

Our Beloved Maria Luisa Martinez, age 68 of Austin was called into Eternal Rest on Thursday, April 14th, 2022 with Our Heavenly Father.

Maria is preceded in death by her Parents; Baldomero, Ybarra, Sr., and Maltilde Martinez, 2 Sisters; Mary-Ann Maldonado, Norma Ybarra, and one Brother; Baldomero Ybarra, Jr.

Mrs. Martinez is survived by her husband of 29 years; Felipe Martinez, 1 Daughter; Veronica Diaz, 3 Sons; Jose Israel Duran, Edward Duran, and Jose Diaz, 2 Brothers; Martin Ybarra, and Don Marcos Ybarra, 15 Grandchildren, and 10 Great-Grandchildren. 

Visitation Services will be held on Wednesday, April 27th, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home Chapel, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin, Texas 78702. A Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. 

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27th, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home Chapel.

Services for Mrs. Martinez will conclude at 9:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.
