Obituary of Carolina Loera Rodriguez

Our beloved Carolina Loera Rodriguez, age 90, was called to our Heavenly Father on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Rodriguez; her son, Robert "Bobby" Rodriguez; her parents, John Loera, Sr., and Pauline Sosa Loera, and her siblings, Rosie Reyes, Mary Villa, Salvador Loera, Arthur Loera, Joe Loera, Elias Loera, and Enriqueta Loera.

Carolina is survived by her grandchildren, Joe Angel Sandoval (Elizabeth) and Melissa Renee Rangel; great grandchildren, Jazslynn Sandoval, McKayla Sandoval, Matthew Sandoval, Kylee Sandoval, Kyndall Sandoval, Joe Angel Sandoval, Jaselle Sandoval, and Eloise Jean Rangel; her brothers, Ignacio Loera and John Loera, Jr.; her sister, Rachel Loera Gutierrez, and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Honored Pallbearers will be Joe Angel Sandoval, Andrew Loera, Eric R.Lopez, Eric Rendon, Jonathon A. Salinas, and Ignacio Loera, Jr.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. with a Scripture Service beginning at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.  Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. IH 35 Frontage Rd., Austin, Texas.

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to
