Our beloved Juan "Nito" Jose Gonzalez, Jr., age 39, was called to our Heavenly Father on Sunday, May 22, 2022.  He was greeted in Heaven by his grandparents, Jose C. and Julia A. Gonzalez and Juan R. and Paula D. Anzures and his aunt, Elida "Lela" A. Torres.

Juan is survived by his parents, Juan Jose, Sr. and Connie A. Gonzalez; his wife Laura Gonzalez; his children, Timothy, Natalie, Khloe, Nathan and Thomas; his sister, Julia Gonzalez Zamarron (Jose Aldo); his brother, Paul Jacob A. Gonzalez; sister-in-law, Carmen; brothers-in-law, Ponchie, Joey, and Jr.; nieces and nephews, Delilah, Dinorah, Ezekiel, Elijah, Jeremiah "Miah", Desi, Naomi "NaeNae", Romo, Brandon, and Isaiah and numerous other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. on Monday, May 30, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St., Austin, Texas.

Visitation and Rosary will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with Recitationof Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 also at Mission Funeral Home - South Side.  Rosary will be live streamed.

Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Sta. Julia Catholic Church, Tillery and Lyon St., Austin, Texas.  Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 IH 35 Frontage Rd., Austin, Texas.

Rosary on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. will be live-streamed to allow those unable to attend to participate.  Follow link to Facebook Live Mission - South Side

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to

help protect our community.   If you are ill or are concerned about the virus,

it is recommended that you not attend services. 

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
