Obituary of Gilbert Espinoza

Gilbert Espinoza, Loving Father, and Grandfather, 55 years of age, entered into Eternal Rest on Monday, July 18th, 2022. 

Mr. Espinoza is survived by his children; Gilbert Joel Espinoza, Gloria Duran, and husband Adam Castillo, Jose Duran Espinoza, and John Clyde Duran Espinoza, 4 Sisters; Christina Espinoza, Johann Dominguez, Emma Flores, and Linda Ramos, 2 Brothers; Joe Espinoza, and Manuel Espinoza. Also surviving Mr. Espinoza are 9 Grandchildren; Jose Jr. Espinoza, Adam Castillo, Jr., Lori Castillo, Nycole Espinoza, Valerey Espinoza, Nikkie Espinoza, Addison Castillo, Aaliyah Espinoza, and Mariah Salinas.

Gilbert is preceded in death by his parents; Joe G. and Josephine (Rodriguez) Espinoza.

Visitation Services for Mr. Espinoza will be held on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Mission Funeral Home, 1615 E. Cesar Chavez, Austin Texas 78702. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, August 4th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 2208 E. 2nd St., Austin, Texas 78702.

Interment Committal Services will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. IH-335, Austin, Texas 78704.

capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.

The family is so grateful to everyone for their understanding, love, and support

during this very difficult time.
