Obituary of Pedro Moreno, Jr.

Our beloved Pedro “Pete” Moreno, Jr., age 76, resident of Austin, Texas, was called home to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, August 4^th, 2022. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Lillie Moreno; his sisters, Eva Ramirez and Velia Milligan; and his brothers, Guadalupe Moreno, David Moreno and Thomas Moreno.

Pedro is survived by his loving children, Pete Moreno III and Thomas Moreno; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Moreno and Isabella Moreno; his sister, Janie Garza; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends. 

Visitation will be held on Monday, August 15^th, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the Recitation of the Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home – East Side, 1615 East Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Tx, 78702.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held the following morning, Tuesday, August 16^th, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., at Cristo Rey Catholic Church, 2208 E. 2nd St., Austin, Texas 78702.

Interment to follow after at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S IH-35 frontage road, Austin, Tx, 78704.

during this very difficult time.
