Obituary of Josie Armendariz

Our beloved Josie Armendariz, age 38, resident of Austin, Texas, was called home to our Heavenly Father on Friday, August 12th, 2022. 

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Roberto and Esperanza Cervantes; paternal grandparents, Primitivo and Josefa Armendariz; and her brother, Rudolfo Armendariz.

She is survived by her loving parents, Jose and Sara Armendariz; her sister, Sara Armendariz; and her brother, David Cervantes; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends. 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 23rd, 2022, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the Prayer Service beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Mission Funeral Home – East Side, 1615 East Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Tx, 78702.

A Funeral Liturgy will be held the following morning, Wednesday, August 24th, 2022, at Mission Funeral Home – East Side, 1615 East Cesar Chavez St., Austin, Tx, 78702.

Interment to follow after at Maria De La Luz Cemetery, 7200 Circle S Rd, Austin, Tx, 78745.
