
Obituary of Mary Alice Davila
Our beloved Mary Alice Davila, age 82, was called to our Heavenly Father on Thursday, September 8, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Davila; her parents, Alfred and Trinidad Orosco; her brother-in-law, Walter Wendlandt, and her parents-in-law, Daniel and Della Davila.
Mary Alice is survived by her daughters, Gina Estrada, Donna Davila, and Gilda Coppedge; her treasured grandchildren, Melissa Villegas (Danny, Jr.), Michelle Trevino (Manuel), Fidel Estrada IV, Lyndsay Ysla (Michael), Jacob Perez (Lauren Martens), Shelby Joy Coppedge, and Julia Davila-Coppedge; her siblings Sonia Wendlandt, Dolores Balandran (Joe), Alfred Orosco (Debbie), and Julian Orosco (Mary Jane); 10 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Fidel Estrada IV, Danny Villegas, Jr., Danny Villegas III, Victor Mendoza, Jacob Perez, and Michael Ysla. Honorary Pallbearers will be Daniel Davila III, Joe Balandran, Alfred Orosco, and Julian Orosco.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with Recitation of Holy Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at Mission Funeral Home - South Side, 6204 S. First St, Austin, Texas.
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at Sta. Julia Catholic Church, Lyon & Tillery St., Austin, Texas. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3650 S. IH 35 Frontage Rd., Austin, Texas.

Due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Restrictions from the City of Austin,
capacity levels are restricted at funeral homes, churches, and cemeteries.
We politely request the continued use of face coverings in an effort to
