I was so surprised and saddened to hear of Manuel's passing. He loved a good joke and I will always remember him laughing. Many great work memories. My deepest sympathy to his family and work family.

To the Ruiz & Garcia Family,
Words can't describe the saddness that Manuel's passing brings us.
It is hard to believe, but knowing that he is now with his loved ones
that have gone before him brings a bit of solace.
Manuel always had a cheerful heart, laughter and kindness that radiated around him.
Our prayers are with his family, Mother and children.
Rest in heavenly peace and fly high with Uncle Sam.

Our hearts and prayers go out to the Family of Manuel Ruiz. The Moreno Family knew Manuel as Little Manny in his young teen years. Manny love the Lord. Manny was a bright, intelligent and funny young man. He was a big help with the Sunday School and attended the Men's fellowship regularly without being asked. He was always around to help others, he had a big heart. When we ran into Manuel he was already married and spoke proudly of his children. We had asked if he would print out business cards for the church and he gladly offered. When we tried to pay him, he just said " no, you all picked me up so much for church this is how I can repay". Manuel will be missed greatly. I know that he touched so many lives!

God is receiving a true angel, his voice will always walk by my side and hear his guides. He helped me grow from a kid to a man. This man was funny kind and a great family man. I'm truly going to miss my brother from another mother. Love you man! Rest In Peace and my condolences to his family and friends

I know loss is a hard thing to accept, but Dad is always going to be there with you, in your hearts. Always remember to celebrate his life and all the great memories you share.

Condolences to all the family. I don't have many friends but Manuel was definitely one of them. No matter how much time would pass, anytime I would see him he was the same solid friend and brother. He helped me grow up. We always had a blast. He always had my back. He is irreplaceable. More so for you all. Love and prayers to you all. -Josh E.
