Obituary of Efrain Elias Jaimes

Please share a memory of Efrain to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Our beloved Efrain Elias Jaimes, age 19, resident of Austin, Texas, was called home to our Heavenly Father on Monday, May 22, 2023.

He was a proud big brother, loving son, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend. He loved life and loved others. He enjoyed spending his time with family and friends making memories.  He loved the great outdoors, dancing and even singing karaoke.  He played several sports over the years, baseball, basketball, soccer, football and track.  He loved skateboarding and even ran a half marathon at the age of 12. He was known as Boogie to his family and friends as well as in the workplace. At the young age of 17 he began learning the art of tattooing.  With the help of his dear friend Hunni Roberts, he was able to showcase his amazing talent. He will be dearly missed by all of the lives he touched.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Zack Zamora, great grandmother Lucille Zamora, and great grandfather Sylvester Luna.

Efrain is survived by his heartbroken parents, Brittany Jaimes and Carmelo Jaimes; his beloved siblings, Joseph Jaimes, Justin Jaimes, Mason Jaimes, Levi Jaimes, and Carmela Jaimes; his grandmother, Blase Zamora, and paternal grandparents, Carmen Jaimes and Yvonne Martinez; his great grandmother Ausencia Luna; his uncles Zack Zamora (Whitney), John Zamora (Christian), Victor Rodriguez (Sally), Javier Olivares, and Michael Soto (Natalie); his aunts, Joann Roland (Roman) and Lisa Soto; numerous cousins, and many other loving family and friends.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Justin Jaimes, Michael Zamora, Roman Roland, Mark Roland, Steven Salazar, Gary Salazar, Hunni Roberts, and Coach Perez. Honorary Pallbearer is Paul Zamora.
