Our beloved Fortunato R. Flores Sr., age 72, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on December 25, 1999. He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Esperanza Flores; son, Fortunato Flores Jr., both of Austin; daughter, Linda F. Gray and husband Robert; grandchildren, Steven, Christopher, and Ashlyn Lenore Gray all of Kyle,TX; brothers Frank, Joel Jr., Pete , Manuel Perez; sisters, Lucy Perez, Lily Castanion, Louisa Urrutia, Josepha, Arminia, Esperanza (Flores) all of California .
His youngest son David M. Flores preceded him in death.
Recitation of rosary Tuesday, 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday, 10am at Cristo Rey Catholic Church. The Franciscan Friars will officiate. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
