Our beloved Mr. Frank R. Saldana, Sr., age79, resident of Austin was called by our Heavenly Father on Wednesday December 29, 1999. Survivors include: Wife; Vera G. Saldana of Austin, Sons; Frank Saldana, Jr. and wife Helen, John A. Saldana and wife Tuyet Hoa, both of Austin and Joel Saldana and wife Maggie of Colorado Springs, Co., Brothers; Julio Saldana of Lincoln Neb., Benny Saldana and Cruz Saldana both of Austin, Sister; Susie LeFebure of Austin. Also survived by 6 Grandchildren; Barbara Cantu, Cindy Saldana, and Leonard Saldana, all of Austin, Joey Saldana, Angela Saldana and Nicole Saldana all of Colorado Springs, Co., 7 Great-Grandchildren; Tiffany Saldana, Rick Cantu, Nicholas Colunga, Lorenzo Colunga, Dora Ann Monique Saldana, Alexis Colunga and Raquel Hernandez, all of Austin. He was preceeded in death by the Mother of his children, Dora Saldana in 1990. Recitation of rosary Sunday 7:00pm at the Mission Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday 10:00am at St. Julias Catholic Church. Mngr. Lonnie Reyes will officiate. Interment will follow in Capital Memorial Park Cemetery.
