Our beloved Freddy Olvera Castillo, age 36, resident of Austin, was called by our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, January 11, 2000. Survivors include mother Delia Cavillo, father, Tony F. Castillo; siblings, Antonio (Bear) Castillo, Lydia Gloria and husband Jerry, Priscilla (Percy) Ojeda and husband Alvino, Gregory Castillo and wife Margaret, Gabriel Castillo and wife Dora, and Patricia Castillo; nieces and nephews who he loved dearly, Isaac, Lisa, Yvette, Alvino III, Rebecca, Jerry Jr., Marisa, Eddie, Jose Gabriel, Robert, Stephanie, Jacob, and Cassandra; maternal grandmother, Nora R. Olvera; paternal grandmother Lucia F. Castillo, all of Austin. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, and stepsiblings. The family would like to give heartfelt gratitude for all the love and support given to us friends and relatives. Recitation of rosary Wednesday, 7:30pm at the Mission Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, 12noon at Santa Barbara Catholic Church, 13713 FM 969, Austin. Interment will follow in Jones Cemetery.
